Black Diamond Wealth Platform provides solutions for the wealth management process. The core product retrieves and reconciles investment accounting data and provides a feature-rich, Internet-based application to analyze performance. Black Diamond Wealth Platform helps wealth managers and their clients by providing unbiased, outsourced investment performance reporting.
What you will get to do:
Developing and supporting modular front-end applications using React Native
Working closely with members of the product development team to achieve the best user experience while writing modular and scalable code
Enhancing and building new features with an eye toward semantic and modular HTML/CSS and JavaScript
Maintaining unit tests with an eye for Test Driven Development
What you will bring:
Experience with React and exposure to React Native
Knowledge of the FLUX pattern is a plus – Knowledge of redux is even bigger.
Basic Knowledge of modern front-end build processes
Basic Knowledge of the Javascript language, including ES2015
Basic Knowledge about how those things fit into the front-end build process is a plus
Do you know what this is? As a full stack, we can afford to teach a little more on the front-end about concepts – as a front-end dev, you should have already done your homework. It would be akin to teaching C# to a full-stack dev.
Do you know who Douglas Crockford is? Have you read his book?
Exposure to Swift and Java is a plus
Basic Knowledge of modern CSS
CSS Animations, Flexbox
The ability to keep up to date with the changing environment
Things change fast in the front-end/ mobile world
Do you know how the frameworks you are using are changing
Application development experience is desired
Previous experience working on a team is desired
Previous experience working with any form of SDLC is desired (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
