Circle is a financial technology company at the epicenter of the emerging internet of money, where value can finally travel like other digital data — globally, nearly instantly and less expensively than legacy settlement systems. This ground-breaking new internet layer opens up previously unimaginable possibilities for payments, commerce and markets that can help raise global economic prosperity and enhance inclusion. Our infrastructure – including USDC, a blockchain-based dollar – helps businesses, institutions and developers harness these breakthroughs and capitalize on this major turning point in the evolution of money and technology.

What you’ll be part of:

Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: Multistakeholder, Mindfulness, Driven by Excellence and High Integrity. Circlers are consistently evolving in a remote world where strength in numbers fuels team success. We have built a flexible and diverse work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is looking for an experienced Product Leader to lead the end-to-end developer experience across Circle’s products. The Product lead is expected to work as a senior IC PM on key projects and manage the PM team. The role is heavily cross-functional. You are expected to lead all aspects of the developer journey from marketing to support. You should be able to provide direction to the teams working on our website, developer docs, developer console, developer tools such as billing, API key management, multi-user support, logs, notifications, etc, and construct a high-quality multi-channel developer support program.

What you'll work on:

Own all aspects of the developer journey

Own end-to-end development of the new developer-facing products

Hire a strong Product Management team

Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners, and with other business units at Circle

Identify new opportunities to grow Circle’s business

Pitch such opportunities to the Executive Leadership Team

Operate with clear and principled thinking and articulate written and verbal communication

Drive the development and launch of several developer products and features

Lead the GTM for new products

Engage heavily in the developer community - present our products at conferences, and to developer partners at all levels of the blockchain stack

You will aspire to our four core values:

Multistakeholder - you have dedication and commitment to our customers, shareholders, employees and families, and local communities.

Mindful - you seek to be respectful, an active listener and to pay attention to detail.

Driven by Excellence - you are driven by our mission and our passion for customer success which means you relentlessly pursue excellence, that you do not tolerate mediocrity and you work intensely to achieve your goals.

High Integrity - you seek open and honest communication, and you hold yourself to very high moral and ethical standards. You reject manipulation, dishonesty and intolerance.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

10+ years of working in a technical leadership capacity as a Product Manager or a Tech lead

10+ years of direct experience developing software products.

5+ years of people management experience growing Product managers or technical leaders

A deep understanding of the developer's pain points

Proven experience launching several products from zero to maturity

Proven experience incubating and growing a business line

A strong learner mindset. You’ll need to rapidly learn brand-new products and technologies

Strong sense of ownership. You own the outcomes across all functions and all aspects of the product.

An entrepreneurial mindset. You’re scrappy, can engage with the customers directly, and can understand and express Circle’s value props to various developer segments.
