TeamHealth is hiring a full-time nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to work in a skilled nursing facility environment in the Seattle area rounding on patients 5 days per week. This job includes the flexibility to set your own schedule, autonomy over your practice, uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to build a position that matches your ideal lifestyle and career goals. Key Responsibilities:  Perform primary care in a skilled nursing facility setting for short term and long-term patients

Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care

Order and interpret lab results

Prescribe and monitor medications

Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers

Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related
