This position reports to theManager, New England Transportation & Logistics. This role is onsite and is based in Somerville, MA.
Essential responsibilities and duties include:
Utilize internal systems to manage and track vendor purchase orders, supply inventory, and fleet maintenance.
Assist in daily communication with internal and external customers.
Collaborate with team members to work through and solve problems.
Drive efficient utilization of resources by gaining an in-depth understanding of internal operations and client contracts.
Provide general support to the Somerville Logistics and Operations team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Strong organizational skills, written and verbal.
Ability to build positive internal and external relationships.
