About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Charter Sales to lead the sales efforts for its growing fleet of 757 aircraft and support all 14 CFR Part 121 charter activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing standard operating practices, building relationships in the charter market, and acting as a strategic partner to ensure the success of retail and wholesale charter efforts. This role requires the ability to work independently and remotely, excellent communication skills, extreme attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The Vice President will also be tasked with refining pricing models, establishing performance metrics, and coordinating with the executive team for fleet planning and utilization.Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 10 years in commercial and operational roles, and a proven track record of driving revenue and profitable growth in the aviation industry. The role demands a solid understanding of standard office productivity software and aviation-related systems, as well as the legal right to work permanently in the United States. The Vice President will be expected to travel up to 20% for client and industry events, and the position may require weekend, evening, and extended work hours to meet the demands of the business. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain successful internal and external relationships with a high degree of confidentiality and act as an ambassador for the company's brand.
