Role Description:

We deeply believe that having the best people on our team and providing them with extensive training to best represent our company and our services is the hallmark of our success to date

As our organization continues to rapidly grow, we are looking to expand our Account Manager team by adding a high integrity individual who can hit the ground running and is extremely coachable

The role is assisting existing clients by being the liaison between internal teams and the client. Each client relationship lasts for approximately 30 days till all services are completed and it is critical to maintain a strong, professional relationship during this period

We provide extensive on-boarding and ongoing training for our account management team

Our Senior Account Managers and a dedicated Trainers, are incredibly supportive in helping and mentor new team members to become top performers as quickly as possible

Your Responsibilities will include:

Manage the Client lifecycle while the team is working hard to provide services

Develop relationships with Clients

Be willing & able to offer additional services for the client to add to their order

Conduct Verification & Compliance calls

Execute timely follow-up and client management

Be the primary contact person and liaison between internal teams and the Client

Understand your analytics and how your performance stacks up against quota and the team

Hit or exceed quota

Be committed to continual training and development. Our account management team receives daily group meetings, as well as multiple 1:1 sessions per month with our internal training team

As your knowledge base grows, be willing to help newer team members. We believe we should all Pay it Forward

Who We’re Looking for:

We want highly competitive, highly talented individuals who truly believe they can be our top producing Account Manager within 6 months. You are a fast learner, have excellent communication skills, are a team player, and have a genuine desire to learn and improve.

Required Traits and Skills:

Experience with inside sales and/or account management. Perhaps you have a strong sales background and are interested in transitioning to Account Manager.

Are confident working with clients over the phone

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.com

Basic overall understanding of credit scores and reporting (we provide extensive training)

Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written

Fast learner- we provide A LOT of training

Highly competitive in nature

High-energy individual

Genuine desire to help other people

Positive attitude that is infectious to those around you

Comfortable working with multiple software platforms

Strong ability to learn from proven compliance scripts while infusing your personality into this structure

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working with small business owners

Competitive spirit and track record of results (for example; sports teams, organized music, etc.)

Salesforce.com experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher from a major institution or equivalent experience

Salary & Benefits

Compensation: A combination of base pay + performance based compensation. Expect annual pay ranging from $90,000- $130,000 depending on performance
