Due to incredible growth, AIS is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Austin area. The Field Service Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation of multi-family projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate delivery and installation with clients.
Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork work is complete and timely.
Anticipate and resolve client issues.
Attend client mandated meeting as required.
Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS.
Commit to being highly visible on job sites.
What does it take to be successful?
Having a strong understanding of carpentry, building, and contracting
Being self-motivated, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Possess organizational skills for multiple projects at once.
Being a self-starter, flexible and able to follow processes.
Possess a collaborative spirit while being honest, adaptable, creative.
Prioritize clients and represent AIS with pride & integrity.
Communicate efficiently among all departments and meet deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
3 years of construction experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning
Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation
Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed.
