The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative , working in Banking/Finance industry in San Antonio, Texas, United States .
Provide quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries. Types of calls include payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers.
Research cases independently.
Review customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances.
Transfer more escalated calls to another department.

Experience Required for Your Success 6+ months customer service experience
Call Center experience is a plus
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Confident with handling heavy incoming volume 80-100/day
Excellent communication skills
Great interpersonal skills
Creative in problem solving
High Attention to detail, strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
