How You Will Make An Impact
Identify trends in business to develop plans for improving processes and procedures
Work in conjunction with TM ETL Administrator
Work in conjunction with XAA Account Analysis team
Act as liaison between TM Sales, clients and leadership of TM Support to help to resolve ongoing implementation / maintenance, training or product issues
Assist in leading certain projects to maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining project deliverables, milestones and resources
Conduct regular meetings for projects to ensure adherence to plan and milestones
Provide verbal and written status updates to the larger Treasury Management team
Provide feedback and advice on modifications of Treasury Services products for internal projects as requested
Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of treasury management products, processes and technologies
Provide TM Product Specialist I and team colleagues as required
Maintain thorough understanding of TM & bank operations, regulations, policies, and procedures
Ability to effectively use bank systems required to perform job
Comply with all Bank’s compliance requirements
Responsible for executing all activities to meet final print and settlement deadline
Who You Are
One - three years of Treasury management and treasury services experience/knowledge or equivalent of education and professional banking experience preferred
Time management and organizational skills
Possess a positive, proactive and energetic attitude
Proficient in full suite of Google applications to include Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides,, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and particularly strong Excel Skills with managing large volumes of data / pivot tables to present multiple scenarios
Competency in editing tools, and internet based applications
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment; Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Project management skills and leading a team on completion of projects preferred, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability of tasks
