Job Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain, manage, and audit driver’s manifests, moves, and rate data.
Audit and administer Carrier payroll.
Responsible for all direct UDC customer billing.
Responsible for all Matson auto-pay and PTL Paytrux reconciliation.
Responsible for all per diem, chassis, and gate fee reconciliation
Maintain all company DOT driver qualification files.
Responds promptly and professionally to internal staff and customer needs/concerns in a quick and courteous manner and able to bring unresolved issues to management.
Work together as a team with all departments and offices.
Comply with all policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
Complete all other tasks, duties and errands as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Punctual, dependable, and resourceful
High level of composure and good stress management
Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting events.
Ability to relay information accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel.
Basic math, written and oral communications skills.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance required.
