We are actively recruiting for an entry level Accounting Admin.


* Process Accounting and Finance invoices

* Process month end closing vouchers

* Manage payment entries

* Create and manage vendors

* Compile supporting documents for audits

* Compile supporting documents for other tax related matters

* Reconcile bank statements

* File corporate surveys

* Perform clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail (accounting and finance)

* Other duties will be assigned as needed


* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or 1-2 years of equivalent experience

* Experience using Microsoft Excel
