We are seeking a Marketing Designer – Video and Content Producer to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.This position is responsible for developing digital video content to support the leasing, investments, and B2C needs of Regency Centers. This role will also provide proactive design support and will assist in content creation, incorporating effective communication and analytical thinking to achieve the merchandising, occupancy, and Fresh Look goals of our shopping centers as well as to support Regency’s brand goals and communications/social strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
CreateB: B marketing materials that effectively communicate the brand, value, and selling points of a shopping center to internal/external audiences including investors, brokers, partners, retailers, tenants, community groups, land owners, city officials, and other audiences.
Utilize Market Research data in marketing materials to create graphic, illustrative exhibits that clearly communicate demographic assets, advantages, and position in the marketplace.
CreateB: C marketing materials that effectively communicate the brand, value, and selling points of a center to consumer audiences under direction of senior managers. B: C marketing materials include posters, signs, social media graphics, and other materials.
Generate unique ideas and/or sales tools to support special regional projects as needed and approved by Senior Manager, Branding and Design and Vice President of Marketing.
Create a wide range of long-form and short-form videos to supplement property marketing, in-house presentations, social media, email marketing, and more.
Assist in the acquisition of raw footage via drone and/or existing construction footage. Create graphics, edit, color correct, add transitions and music. Stay abreast of video trends and software.
Create and present video storyboards for approval at the outset of projects.
Provide additional video support with animation tools such as Adobe Effects, Canva, Creapoty.
Take ownership of all design and video projects, seeing them through from start to finish.
Integrate videos produced into web experiences as needed.
Coordinate with and manage 3rd party drone and video vendors.
Design graphical social media content to support Regency's brand messaging strategy.
Design and develop landing pages in HubSpot to support leasing initiatives.
Edit consumer-facing websites on an as-needed basis, as directed by senior management.
Communicate with internal clients to intake projects and their scope, exploration, and vision.
Project management: communicate with clients to establish production schedule to include concept and research exploration, design, copywriting, market research assets, draft submittal and approval, delivery of final product. Communicate status with marketing team via project review and Basecamp updates.
Provide analytical thinking and proactive suggestions to clearly define and effectively communicate the value or unique selling proposition of a center throughout all marketing materials.
Responsible for other duties and special projects as assigned.
Are You Qualified?
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field from an accredited institution
One to three (1 – 3) years of relevant experience
Proven design experience in executing both traditional and digital marketing campaign materials
Professional training and intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Apple Final Cut Studio, Adobe Premiere/After Effects
Intermediate proficiency (with demonstrated ability) in Microsoft Office applications, Web/Internet/e-mail technologies and general computing technology
Preferred:
Three to five (3 – 5) years of relevant experience a plus
Previous experience with retailer, advertising agency or retail real estate
Knowledge of HubSpot
Intermediate proficiency with web design tools
Videography camera skills (such as video capture and color correction/grading)
Experience with budgeting and asset management software
