The WWT Missile Defense Agencies team provides mission-aligned outcomes to ensure the customer is identifying the right solutions to solve their technology challenges. As a Strategic Advisor, you will provide thought leadership and strategy for the MDA team while working with a highly motivated team of Business Development, Capture, Sales, and Engineering professionals who are dedicated to providing mission critical solutions that are secure, at scale, for the MDA customer.

What will you be doing?
The Strategic Advisor role is to support sales and engineering teams achieve impressive goals by offering World Wide Technology's advanced suite of products and solutions. This individual, in partnership with a talented team of Client Managers, System Engineers Inside Sales Representatives, will build consultative relationships with current and prospective customers while also focusing on expanding WWT's footprint of services capabilities from deployment services to post deployment strategic staffing. This position is a remote position and will require around 50% travel (or as needed).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership and vision, while being a contributing, inspiring member of the team of resources focused on achieving business/mission outcomes for the Missile Defense Agencies.
Develop and grow WWT workshare on assigned key programs while managing key relationships between the customer, the prime, and WWT.
Assist the WWT Missile Defense Agencies team in developing appropriate solutions for the program and promoting the benefits of the solutions to the customer and the prime.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed to ensure success for WWT and the customer.
Serve as an agent for change and thought leader, communicating WWT's innovation in public-facing forums/venues.
Lead Executive/Sr. level meetings with customers in key organizations to gain a detailed understanding of their technical and operational needs.
Demonstrate WWTs value proposition and differentiation effectively.
Develop a thorough understanding of WWT's Advanced Technology Center, Integration Technology Center and Application Services capabilities to represent the full WWT value proposition to customers.
Work cross functionally with WWT teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery.
Foster relationships and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Account Teams to define account strategy and deliver the right approach for our Defense Agencies customer.
Requirements:
15+ years Industry experienceor equivalent with the Missile Defense Agencies.
Must be a US Citizen; TS is highly desired or be eligible to obtain a clearance.
Excellent written oral communication/presentation skills.
Proven success in creating business/org/mission outcomes.
In depth expertise in multiple technologies/solutions.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
