**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Branch Manager Bath Fitter is the first choice, industry leader in bathroom renovations, and has been manufacturing and installing premium quality acrylic bathtubs and seamless bath wall systems since 1984. Our mission is to make people smile, every time they see their bathtub.
The Branch Manager is responsible for the development, growth, profitability and smooth operation of the business.

* Assume overall responsibility for sales growth and profitable operations
* In conjunction with the Area, VP of Corporate Retail Operations, participate in the development and updating of a marketing plan for the branch
* Conduct all marketing activities as prescribed by the current marketing plan
* Recruit, hire, train and manage all sales, installation and administrative staff
* Ensure the successful completion of installations
* Ensure overall customer experience
* Meet or exceed installation and sales projections
* Manage inventory, maintain stocking levels, ensure inventory security and supervise accurate counts
* Manages the maintenance of vehicles, tools and equipment to ensure compliance with state and insurance requirements
* Monitor various prescribed reports and initiate action plans as required
* Model the behavior in which you want all branch employees to follow. Ensure that all branch personnel follow all Bath Fitter policies and procedures
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and ensure all branch personnel follow all safety policies and procedures
* Abide by all Bath Fitter policies and procedures
* Attend and participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessions
* Able to speak clearly and persuasively; write clearly able to read and interpret written information
* Ability to work collaboratively within the team for a common goal

* Regular Attendance and punctuality are required
* Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
* Education and/or Experience Associate degree, Bachelors degree preferred
* 3 to 5 years of related managerial experience and leadership skills
* Valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
* Ability to obtain a passport
* Ability to perform physical labor, including but not limited to lifting and moving heavy objects multiple times a day
Demonstrated Skills
* Able to demonstrate accuracy and completion; monitors own work to ensure quality. Looks for opportunities to improve and promote quality
* Prioritize work activities, uses time efficiently; manages competing demands; able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected
* Effectively using computer workstations, various software and video conferencing (i.e. Zoom, Teams, Skype)
