A Day in the Life of Broadcast Replay Systems Account Manager
As the Account Manager, your role is dynamic and impactful. You'll be the driving force behind cultivating existing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration with our Sales, Project, Product, and Operations teams.
Representing Hawk-Eye in external engagements, you'll become the industry expert, managing diverse projects, and staying at the forefront of technological trends. Your keen eye for opportunities will contribute to expanding our Broadcast Replay footprint within the US. With a focus on execution excellence, proposal driving, and client education, you'll work closely with the Commercial Director and Accounts Team to pursue new opportunities.
What We Need From You
Minimum of 4 years of experience in broadcast or production, with expertise in integration and engineering elements within television, production facility, and/or mobile unit environments.
Excellent communication and the ability to build credibility amongst existing and future clients.
Proven experience working across a global business within a multicultural environment.
Strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
Attention to detail and creativity in developing engaging collateral and sales responses.
Proactive, organized, and efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Expected travel approximately 40%
Desirable Skills:
Understanding of the wider production business across the US market.
Exposure to broadcast replay and Media Archive Management technologies.
Knowledge of ST-2110 (-20,-30,-40), NMOS IS04/IS05, HD and UHD Video Properties, SDR and HDR, differing frame rates, and their industry applications.
Familiarity with system networking and network architecture (Layer 2 vs Layer 3), latency management, remote management, and connectivity.
