Account Manager

Job Description Search Influence seeks an Account Manager who is skilled at thinking strategically about digital marketing and building relationships. Do you geek out over the marketing funnel and data-driven digital campaigns? If so, please apply!

What you’ll be doing:

Be the face of the agency to your client accounts

Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations, meeting agendas, and reports

Work closely with the internal team to create strategic marketing plans with measurable goals and clear action items/deliverables.

Develop and maintain an understanding of the assigned clients’ brands, business objectives, marketing objectives, and industries

Develop effective digital marketing strategies to achieve clients’ business objectives

Manage clients’ marketing budgets

Identify and execute on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell using a variety of digital solutions

To snag this role:

Minimum 2 years professional experience managing client relationships in an agency, marketing company, or other B2B company

Experience in digital marketing

Be cool, calm, and confident independently presenting to clients via phone, Zoom or in-person

Build positive relationships with client contacts, including executives, deans, doctors, directors, and owners

Articulate Search Influence’s value to clients, the importance and effectiveness of digital strategies and campaigns
