Effectively manage and execute assigned plumbing service calls as directed by the dispatch software.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining repair processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for plumbing repairs and installations based on assessments during service calls.

Job requirements
Possess a valid Journeyman Plumbing License issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE)

3-5 years of plumbing experience
