Summary:
In this role, you will provide and drive results through efficient and successful delivery of Labor Cost consulting engagements for member and clients. You will be expected to identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to reduce cost, increase revenue and/or improve quality.
Responsibilities:
Execute on significant project work streams, initiatives, and plans that meet project schedule, budget and expected value.
Participate in the drafting, review and quality control of workforce consulting proposals and statements of work.
Ensure successful and sustainable implementation of Vizient Workforce tools and technologies at client sites.
Plan and oversee analysis activities to achieve strategic insight to solve complex business problems.
Initiate and maintain senior level client relationships, including interaction with the C-suite.
Provide business development support by generating leads or participating in close of sales.
Contribute to the practice development by submitting written papers on relevant labor costs, attending conferences, participating in speaking engagements, and generating ideas for new products/services, etc.
Qualifications:
7 or more years of relevant work experience required.
Experience working with workforce projects required.
Healthcare or consulting experience is required.
Experience working with C-Suite level needed.
Clinical experience preferred.
Knowledge of operational benchmarking sources and methodology for acute care and ambulatory settings preferred.
Prior experience managing and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive projects a plus.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$117,600.00 - $175,050.00 This position is also incentive eligible.
