Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind achieving quarterly sales milestones in your designated geography
As a key player in shaping the US Wound Care business strategy, you'll set the course and bring those strategies to life through effective implementation
Attainment of Business Unit Sales Revenue, Margin, and EBITA Targets:
Set and achieve sales revenue, margin, and EBITA targets for the Wound Care product line
Collaborate with the VP of US Wound Care Sales & Marketing to develop and oversee business strategy
Implement objectives, compensation plans, and other programs to drive efficient and profitable sales
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals by region, key account, and market segment
Analyze sales data to evaluate results and initiate corrective actions to ensure target achievement
Manage and direct activities of Region Managers in assigned areas to achieve market share, distribution, and sales objectives
Ensure efficient use of company resources by selecting region trade shows and functions
Approve regional trade show arrangements, expenditures, and attendance by sales staff
Ensure appropriate sales, product, and leadership training that aligns with evolving customer and industry trends
Develop and manage relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales Training, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Legal, HR, Ops, Regulatory) to achieve annual and long-term business objectives
Effectively manage team and individual performance challenges through channels of training, coaching, and corrective action
Overnight travel will average 50%
Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job, including COVID-19 Vaccinations

What you'll do:

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field from an accredited college/university; Master's degree preferred
- Over 10 years in Hospital / Operating Room / Medical sales, with at least 5 years of experience in sales management (managing managers preferred).
- Experience in medical device sales strongly preferred, with experience in translating both clinical and economic evidence for outcomes-based selling and coaching of teams
