**Sales Coordinator**
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills including, flexibility, creativity, and maturity to address challenges and concerns of the sales team, management, and customers in a professional and confident manner, along with championing new processes and driving other improvements.
**Core Responsibilities**
* Coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams to support the sales team
* Responsible for coordinating with internal business planning teams to generate responses to requests for quotes
* Organizes, tracks, and ensures timely invoicing and reconciliation of all services projects
* Maintains all sales revenue related documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
* Analysis of data and the development of recommendations to support evolving customer requirements and internal process optimization
* Provide status updates by project, including delays and issues to internal stakeholders and customers in a timely manner, escalate to management for closure when necessary
* Help identify business needs and opportunities for process improvements to support business growth with high focus on efficiency
**Requirements**
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data to extract insights and create action plans
* Ability to manage important projects and drive to completion
* Knowledge of MS Office including Excel pivots and formulas
* Support rapidly changing customer requirements while striving for efficiency and process improvements
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
**Minimum Qualifications**
* **Education:** Bachelors Degree
* **Experience:** 1-4 years experience
**Physical Requirements**
* Based in general Seattle area
* Available to meet with the customer and sales team in the office 5 days per week
* Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
