Finance Manager, Corporate Finance

The Manager, Corporate Finance supports the VP of Corporate Strategy & Finance and the CFO with strategic planning and analysis on both Corporate performance and investment analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for Investment/Valuation Modeling

Building/maintaining excel models to evaluate investment and deal structure alternatives

Acting as system administrator and architect of Vena Database which houses company results, forecasts, asset management reporting and other statistical data

Primary responsibility for building and maintaining the long-term Corporate Model which projects P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and Net Asset Value (NAV) data over a 10 year planning period

Primary responsibility for maintaining quarterly asset management reports within company database

Prepares periodic Net Asset Value analysis and IRR performance tracker for all company assets, including past sales

Maintains investment “waterfalls” within company database

Supports Chief Investment and Chief Financial Officers in analyzing new business opportunities

Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis projects as assigned by the VP of Corporate Strategy & Finance and the CFO

. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Excellent excel modeling skills required

5+ years of financial and real estate analysis experience required

MBA / CFA preferred

Previous real estate underwriting/valuation experience preferred

Relational Database / SQL language experience preferred
