Position Summary:
The LPL Financial Marketing Solutions team is seeking a marketing manager with a concentration in all facets of marketing. This role will manage a group of marketers who partner with Linsco advisors. This role will collaborate with internal partners, connect with Linsco advisors while leading and inspiring a team of marketing consultants.

Core competencies of this role:
Manage a team of several marketing consultants
Assist with onboarding new LPL advisors to Marketing Solutions
Define the overarching marketing strategy for each advisor
Recruit, interview, hire and train new employees
Interact regularly with advisors
Oversee the regular content strategy while the marketing consultant will maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars while managing each advisors’ content strategy for blog, e-newsletter and social media
Evaluate each advisor’s website and blog and then enhance as needed
Collaborate with internal business partners such as strategy, compliance, technology, legal, procurement, marketing, sales and more
Collaborate with vendors
Drive adoption of new tools, vendors, processes across the team
Provide feedback and enhancements from the advisors
Core competencies of your team:
Curate and implement monthly digital marketing calendars for blog, e-newsletter, email campaigns and social media platforms to align with advisor goals
Manage each advisor’s website and blog to enhance as needed
Implement lead generation, niche prospecting processes, and workflow for each advisor practice to drive business growth for both LPL Financial and the advisor
Establish and measure ROI and KPIs such as email CTR, social media engagement and website traffic
Learn and produce each advisor’s marketing plan based on advisor preferences
Schedule and host regular bi-weekly discussions with the advisor
Collaborate with the advisor’s office staff to ensure cohesive communications
Collaborate with compliance to ensure content, brand, and messaging are approved
Conduct market research and share discoveries with each advisor
Work as a liaison with vendors
Provide feedback and program enhancements from the advisors
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in marketing and digital marketing
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of additional experience in digital marketing
2+ years’ experience with coaching, management or leading a team
Preferences:
Experience in financial services preferred
Ability to balance a strong commitment to your team, the client, and their clients
Strong writing and creative leadership skills, ability to discern quality design and content, and to provide constructive, actionable feedback
Pay Range:
$83,680-$125,520/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
