Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The incumbent will be responsible for opening the Store Support Center (SSC) building, greeting guests and notifying teammates of their arrival; receive and route incoming phone calls; maintaining lobby security; and other administrative duties.
This position requires you to be in person Monday-Friday 8am-430pm.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets guests and handles incoming phone calls. Will also maintain lobby and arrange for guest transportation as needed. Closes lobby at end of day.
Provides ancillary departmental support by maintaining calendars, dispatching service requests, providing direction as needed to janitorial team.
Orders office supplies as requested.
Processes invoices and performs mailing tasks.
Schedules conference rooms.
Maintains office phone directory.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Required Education : High school education
Minimum Years of Experience : Less than 1 year
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge
In depth knowledge of both our company and corporate structure with clear understanding of teammate roles and responsibilities within each department.
Familiarity with the campus layout to provide direction to teammates and visitors.
Conversant with emergency response and safety protocol and reporting procedures.
Experience with Google suite.
Experience with Mitel phone directory.

Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
Proficient communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Competent multitasker.
