Product Manager

The Product Manager will drive the successful launch and commercialization of products. Develop plans to increase product awareness and instigate market growth. They balance requirements coming from the Senior Product managers with short‐term tactical product improvements and long‐term strategic product initiatives. They provide clear guidance to product management and development teams on customer needs and expected outcomes. Assist in developing, maintaining, and executing product application roadmaps. This includes managing the product life cycle, from conceptualization and design, through to delivery and post-launch support.
Job Functions:
Commercialization of new products and services including production, distribution, marketing, sales and customer support with business teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing).
Support Senior Product Managers to refine backlog including adding details such as description, order and size for understanding.
Demo products during Presales and product workshops internally and externally to showcase product features and benefits.
Prioritize Customer, Partner and Internal stakeholder feedback to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Communicate with Development, Senior product managers and commercial teams to enhance customer satisfaction and evolve current and future products.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 2 years or HS/GED and 6 years
Familiarity with Agile framework
Experience in product support or marketing in the payments space
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Experience: 3 years in Product Support
Expertise in working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and services
Industry knowledge and expertise within Payments and Payment Platforms.
Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
Leading change and inspire others to change behaviors.
Strong influencer in continuous learning and innovation culture.
