The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Care Manager to work closely with our clinicians and health coaches to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of our clinical care. This role will report into one of our Lead Care Managers.

What You’ll Do

Care Management

Proactively ensure clinicians are prepared for their member visits each day by preparing their clinical notes and ensuring they have all necessary patient information

Manage inbound member inquiries from our online messaging platform; provide seamless care coordination over messaging to ensure a smooth patient experience

Assist members with insurance and prescription coverage needs

Assist members with scheduling needs

Assist members with obtaining prescription refills as directed by clinicians

Subject Matter Expertise

Develop deep knowledge of Parsley Health clinical operational policies, tools, and workflows.

Communicate all lab testing, prescriptions, and supplements to members per the clinician's treatment plan, including a thorough explanation of testing instructions and billing procedures.

Understand and confidently communicate Parsley’s products and offerings.

What You’ll Need

2+ years in health care, operations, medical assistance or clinical care.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of relevant internal policies, tools, and workflows.

Uphold a high standard for member experience in all member interactions.

Develop insights into opportunities for improvements across operations.

Contribute to clinical process improvement; take initiative to seek, solve, and innovate creative solutions.

Partner closely with our Operations Associates to provide feedback on current workflows and processes and collaborate to arrive at scalable solutions.

Optimize our products, tools, and playbooks for the best member and provider experience.

Collaborates cross-departmentally in order to contribute to the broader growth of the company.
