We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The selected individual will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing various construction projects, ensuring that structures are safe and capable of withstanding the elements. This position will require a deep understanding of structural analysis and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD, structural modeling, and structural analysis software like RISA and Enercalc.
Must be a licensed Professional Engineer.

Responsibilities
Analyze blueprints, sketches, or building plans for upcoming projects to ensure the structural soundness and compliance with design standards.
Use software applications such as AutoCAD, RISA, and Enercalc to design and perfect project plans.
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure the construction is carried out as per the established plans and standards.
Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, costs, and designs to stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects, construction crews, and design teams on large projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
Identify potential design improvements and optimization opportunities.
Develop safe and innovative structural solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and materials in structural engineering.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, RISA, Enercalc, and other structural modeling and analysis software.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software.
In-depth understanding of structural engineering principles and best practices.
Strong project management and supervision skills.
Exceptional ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong mathematical and IT ability with an analytical mindset.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
