The Account Manager will engage with current clients to identify how LegitScript can help them drive key business and growth objectives. This individual will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, developing and executing expansion, add-on, and renewal opportunities, and helping build the overall strategy of the sales department.
What You'll Do:
Prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding; present strategy and annual plan.
Work closely with clients to identify needs, approval workflows, and consult on best practices for solutions.
Prepare and deliver effective client presentations, including stakeholders at all levels of the organization up to C-Suite.
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly status and results presentations to internal and external teams.
Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, channel partners, and collaborating with the Business Development team to aid in increasing revenue.
Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients' individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems.
Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points and discover new contacts on a regular basis.
Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, partnership referrals and client satisfaction
Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer and partner goals and key performance metrics
Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open items
Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed
Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
What You'll Bring:
Work cross-functionally to manage a pipeline of potential opportunities, navigate closing processes, and consistently achieve individual sales quota for both revenue retention and upsells.
Engage current clients via phone, email, and video communication platforms to perform regular wellness checks, ensure top-tier service quality, retain current partnerships, and assist with expansion and add-on opportunities .
Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through the use of sales tools.
Understand prospect pain points and develop a value proposition specific to the customer's needs and business goals.
Navigate sophisticated procurement cycles with multi-stakeholder sign-off including executives, legal, information security, etc.
Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts.
Be comfortable presenting products to clients, both in person and virtually
Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to all client partners throughout the entire sales and onboarding process
Be competitive in nature with strong passion to exceed personal and professional goals
Have an aptitude to understand and articulate key business drivers and overcome client partners objections by effectively communicating the LegitScript value propositions
Be team oriented and collaborative with all departments
Be open to consistent, formal coaching from leadership, sales coaches and peers
Well developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English
