About The Role

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst who is eager to learn and grow with our team and Pico. This role will help deliver economic insights and decision making support to senior leadership and will be instrumental in building the systems and processes required to support Pico’s next phase of growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support monthly forecast and annual planning cycles (budget, 5 year projections)

Support monthly variance analysis of actual performance relative to forecast and budgets

Create meaningful new monthly and quarterly financial reports and refine existing ones

Maintenance of existing financial models and work to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools/systems

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and project support as needed

Required

Bachelor’s in finance, accounting or other quantitative field

Demonstrated knowledge of financial analysis and modeling

Ability to digest complex accounting concepts and apply them to a financial model

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others.

Intellectually curious and solution oriented

Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical business deadlines.

Preferred

Financial Technology industry experience

Working Arrangements

This is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home. Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).
