Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person, resolving IT-related issues promptly and effectively.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with basic network administration tasks.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts and access permissions.
Help manage IT inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required, providing support and contributing to their successful completion.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT field, and assist in evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Prior experience in a technical support role or relevant internships/co-op placements would be an asset, but not required.
