Wat je dan precies doet als Accountant?
Rapporteren:
Voeren en coördineren van de boekhouding van een aantal vennootschappen van de groep op zelfstandige basis meerbepaald: algemene en analytische boekhouding
Analyse en reconciliatie van balans- en P&L rekeningen vanuit fiscaal standpunt
Opmaak en analyse van de maandelijkse boekhoudkundige cijfers en rapportering hierover
Verzekeren van een tijdige oplevering van de financiële rapporteringen
Voorbereiding, analyse en indiening wettelijke aangiftes (btw, intrastat,…)
Netting: maandelijkse betaallijsten klaarmaken
Interne audit procedures voorbereiden en aanleveren informatie
Voorbereiding en aanleveren informatie in het kader van de jaarafsluiting en externe audit
Actief bijdragen aan optimalisaties inzake boekhoudprocessen en -organisatie
Opmaken jaarrekening
Boeken:
Boeken van facturen: expediteurs, handelsgoederen en niet-handelsgoederen (kosten, investeringen, leasing…).
Betalingsherinneringen van de leveranciers afhandelen.
Verwerking vaste activa, loonverwerking en -reconciliatie, aanleggen provisies, opvolgen leveranciersfiches
Betalingen uitvoeren.
Je kennis en vaardigheden
Grondige kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit gecombineerd met een gedreven en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding
Bachelor diploma
Minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring
Kennis van SAP (FICO) of een vergelijkbaar ERP pakket is een pluspunt.
Microsoft-Excel kennis is vereist
Beheersen van Nederlands (vloeiend) & Engels (heel goed)
