Lawn Doctor is hiring a customer service representative (CSR) to help serve our customer base. In this role, the CSR will do a variety of things from selling to new customers as well as taking care of new customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience using Workwave/Real Green System's Service Assistant, though this is not required. Additionally, the CSR will work in a team that calls on customers to schedule appointments, make collection calls, pay bills and a variety of other responsibilities.
Hours of work are flexible but preferred to have a start time around 9 am and finish around 5 pm. Pay will be contingent upon experience. Lucrative commissions for sales to current and new customers.
