Responsibilities: • Ensure the Customer Service Index (CSI) rating aligns with dealership service manager expectations • Guide customers through the entire service experience, from the service drive until vehicle handover • Manage appointment scheduling and provide accurate estimates • Educate customers on vehicle care and maintenance importance based on manufacturer guidelines • Clearly communicate repair and maintenance timelines to customers • Keep customers informed of any changes in estimates or pick-up times through progress calls or emails • Accurately document repair and maintenance updates on approved repair orders • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively • Cultivate strong, positive relationships with customers to foster repeat and referral business • Collaborate with managers to meet daily performance metrics • Achieve consistent penetration levels for both Customer Pay (CP) and Warranty services Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent • At least six months of work/training experience in the automotive industry or closely related field • Knowledgeable about newer vehicle technologies • Outstanding customer service abilities • Analytical and adept at multitasking • Work independently and with minimal supervision • Positive attitude and team-oriented • Remarkable written and verbal communication skills • Substantial and consistent work record • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record • Professional attitude and behavior • Mobile applications and software user interface with existing solutions are a plus Compensation: $54,000 - $120,500 yearly
