Company Description
Position Summary
Be part of the team that helps place and maintain our medical equipment/furniture in hospitals, nursing homes, ambulatory surgery centers, and in the homes of those in need of assistive devices. Assist customers and our internal team, via various telephonic and electronic means with orders, issues, and a variety of customer needs. Reconcile adverse situations while maintaining positive customer relations and following approved customer support policies and procedures.
Job Description
General Accountabilities in this Role
Ø Process customer orders
Ø Communicate product information and performance of products sufficient to answer customer's basic questions
Ø Trouble shoot basic product issues for customers
Ø Assist customers, including internal customers, with shipping issues
Ø Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding various topics
Ø Document all interactions in the appropriate software system
Ø Handle any permanently assigned special projects
Qualifications
Summary Job Requirements
Ø Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Ø Ability to learn information remotely
Ø Excellent interpersonal/communication/problem solving skills (both verbal and written).
Ø Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
Ø Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and ability to learn other software systems.
Ø Strong independent work ethic and ability to multi task.
Ø Fully or willingness to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
