As an LVN/LPN you will deliver Home Health & Hospice care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and you will effectively interact with patients, and other health team members. Qualifications:
Part-time and full-time available
Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services in accordance with State regulations and Billet Health policy.
Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs.
Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state (s) of practice
Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with the state and/or agency requirements
COVID Vaccine (Exemptions accepted)
Current TB Test
CPR or BLS certification
Arizona Level One Fingerprint Card
