Service Advisor

Overview
RepairWise is looking for a Service Advisor to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences in electric vehicle maintenance and repair. This role requires a substantial amount of engagement with customers, repair shops and internal teams. The ideal candidate excels in delivering great customer experiences white having some technical skills in vehicle servicing. The Service Advisor should also be passionate about helping consumers save money and time on auto repair.
Responsibilities Customer service
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly handling queries and concerns
Summarize customer concerns into the ticketing/CRM system
Facilitate coordination between various departments both internally and externally.
Vehicle assessment
Create vehicle health reports and communicate findings to customers
Partner with technicians to assess vehicle issues. Communicate findings and solutions to customers via phone, sms, and email.
Schedule in-person diagnostics of vehicles as needed.
Drive vehicle repair process
Prepare repair quotes, obtain parts quotes from aftermarket suppliers as needed
Guide customers and shops through repair process and summarize work performed
Keep customers informed with completion times, provide regular updates, and ensure thorough follow-up on the vehicle's status
Efficiently coordinate drop-off times with customers, technicians and shops
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the provided services
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a service advisor role, preferably from an EV company
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, including familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity or ability to quickly learn how to use ticketing systems, Slack, Toolbox, and MS office
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
Positive attitude and motivation to drive change in the auto repair industry
Location:
SF Bay Area (hybrid)
You may occasionally be required to engage with consumers, technicians and repair shops in-person across the SF Bay Area.
