Job Description The purpose of this job is to manage and grow existing less than 60 fleet customer accounts over the telephone in a fast-paced, high-producing environment. Cultivate customer relationships over the telephone by serving as the primary point of contact on accounts
Focus on anticipating customer needs, resolve customer issues, address customers’ wholesale needs, and maximize mutual value toward SMART gallon and profit goals
Coordinate internal resources to continually identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
Develop value propositions through demonstrated industry knowledge of products and services, fuel and trucking industry, geographic conditions, competitors’ services, and market dynamics
Use tools and technologies to assess customer needs, formulate market-specific analyses, and develop sales plans to achieve goals
Perform internal account reviews and actual value summaries to increase mutual value and account penetration/wallet share growth
Maximize potential profitability by setting account objectives and developing plans to fulfill company compliance and deal processing needs
Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and minimum one year experience with telemarketing sales preferred, or five plus years’ experience with telemarketing sales
Specialized Knowledge Knowledge of fuel and trucking industry
Thorough knowledge of company products and offerings
Beginner CRM (preferably Salesforce) skills
Beginner Microsoft Office skills
Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills
