Reports to: Michael C Mejia Summary We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the global XPEL marketing team. This includes intra-department and customer communication, project organization, management, and reporting across all channels, tactics, and initiatives. The position is in San Antonio, Texas with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office per week).
Major Job Responsibilities
• Support teams in day-to-day project management tasks
• Monitor project requests and communicate with team members regarding project progress and status
• Write meeting recaps capturing next steps and agreements to formally communicate back to teams
• Coordinate meetings and collaboration among project team(s)
• Maintain and organize teams shared files and communications
• Serve as a point-of-contact for incoming requests and relay necessary information to the team(s) and managers
• Provides support in preparation of presentations and reports
• Ensure final creative work goes to proofreading and exercises proper quality controls for pieces prior to final distribution
• Coordinate with local XPEL authorized dealers and installers as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications required
• 2+ years of marketing/advertising coordination experience required• Project management expertise with Teamwork or equivalent preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability with prioritization and attention to detail
• High level of sense of urgency; actively listens to others and acts upon information gained
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to organize cross-functional groups
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Proficiency with MS Office; able to create forms, tables, charts and formulas
• Affinity for, and knowledge of, automobiles and the automotive industry a plus
