Role Description:
Reporting to the CFO, this key role leads information technology for the company and is responsible for infrastructure, software and hardware procurement, desktop and server support, and related tasks. Responsibilities:
Lead a highly visible department responsible for delivering best-in-class information technology solutions and support
Partner with cross-functional colleagues of all levels across Film, TV, and Shared Services (Corporate Executive, Finance, Accounting, HR and Legal)
Deliver responsive and tailored hands-on, white glove help desk support
Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and service providers, including resources and rate negotiations
Prepare and oversee department annual budget, quarterly forecasts and management reporting as necessary, ensuring effective and cost-efficient practices
Provide proactive strategic guidance on current and emerging technologies, while balancing modern security protocols with operational needs
Experience and Qualifications:
10+ years in IT, preferably leading a team
Media & Entertainment industry experience a plus
Highly proficient in MacOS, Windows, Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, Okta, Adobe Creative Cloud, Avaya IP Phones
Working knowledge of security protocols, disaster recovery, business continuity, departmental audits, and modern compliance guidelines
Experience with aligning business and IT objectives
Keen entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills and the willingness and ability to command the details, think big picture, and balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Demonstrated track record of leadership and building effective organizational relationships
Education:
B.S. Degree in Information Science/Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Salary Range:
$150,000.00/Year - $175,000.00/Year
