About the team

We are a global team of passionate Payments, Financial Services and software experts who provide vertical software companies with an all-in-one platform and a white-glove approach to capitalize on the opportunities for growth, innovation, and transformation within embedded payments.

What you will be doing

Manage activities involved in the sale of products and/or services within an established territory, for a specific product segment or to existing accounts to ensure revenue growth in support of Worldpay revenue goals, strategies and objectives.

Manages a portion of the sales activities within the division with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.

Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet sales goals.

Provides guidance to team members within latitude of established company policies.

Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect group.

Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

Follows processes and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and results.

Acts as advisor to team members in meeting sales objectives and/or resolving problems.

Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements, and may have budget responsibilities.

What you bring: Requires strong management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills

Requires strong business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence

In-depth knowledge of Worldpay products and services

General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices

Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner

Skill in productivity, planning and workload management

Requires solid decision-making and problem solving skills

Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements

Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure

Ability to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferred

Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public

Ability to identify, address and resolve employee related issues

Travel is required.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $136,600.00 - $225,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
