Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and uphold the highest standards of service excellence in our dining outlets. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our F&B department, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff, to maintain a cohesive and motivated workforce.
Service Excellence: Uphold the club's service standards by providing guidance and support to staff, ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service delivery at all times.
Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlets, including dining rooms, bars, and event spaces, to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to established procedures.
Guest Satisfaction: Proactively engage with members and guests to anticipate their needs, address any concerns or issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of F&B supplies, including food, beverages, and equipment, and coordinate with the F&B Manager to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize wastage.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and club policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment at all times.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for F&B staff on service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures to enhance their skills and performance.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of club events, including banquets, weddings, and special functions, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and exceeding guest expectations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or country club setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques, menu planning, and beverage service.
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
