Le Poste :
Rattach au Manager de ple, vous tes missionn par nos clients, socits d'assurances, et prenez en charge les missions d'expertise sur les dossiers de protection juridique.
Vous possdez les connaissances techniques et matrisez les rgles juridiques inhrentes au contrat d'assurance et aux mcanismes d'indemnisation.
Vous traitez des dossiers de protection juridiques concernant les assurs Particuliers, Entreprises et Collectivits.
Vous grez de manire autonome les dossiers qui vous sont confis, dans le respect des dlais impartis, instructions internes et procdures clients.
Dplacements rguliers prvoir dans la rgion.
Missions principales :
Grer un portefeuille de sinistres assigns, en tirant parti des outils et des processus de Sedgwick
Estimer le montant des dommages subis, rdiger un rapport d'expertise dtaill ;
Communiquer en permanence l'tat des rclamations, les conclusions et les solutions avec le client et le client
Prparer et publier le rapport final selon le calendrier requis
Les exigences de l'environnement de travail comprennent : Capacit suivre les instructions, faire preuve de bon jugement et de discrtion, et respecter les dlais
