**Who We Are Looking For:**
Due to rapid growth, Fooda is looking for a Delivery Operations Lead to launch and execute our Delivery product. Reporting to the Delivery Operations Manager, this role will serve as the direct contact for multiple restaurant partners and delivery couriers. You will also be responsible for the implementation of new Delivery Clients and growing the business.

Who You Are:

* Strong operator with confidence to manage multiple aspects of the business: hiring, training, scheduling, operations, customer service, and admin.

* You are a problem solver: When something goes sideways, you come up with solutions, not excuses
* You are detail oriented and know how to prioritize multiple expectations
* You are confident working with data to analyze how best practices should be developed
* Youre comfortable with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
**What You Will Be Doing:**
Restaurants:
* Responsible for all aspects of the restaurant relationship management including, but not limited to: outreach & recruiting, collection and maintenance of required documents, onboarding for Delivery, menu building, scheduling, and performance follow up
* Works with Delivery Operations Manager to create optimal Delivery schedules to meet client needs and ensure greatest chance of success for driver couriers
**Clients:**
* Works closely with clients and Fooda sales team to implement new programs
* Conduct and lead regularly scheduled check ins and meetings with cients
* Supports Delivery Operations team with Customer Service issues related to delayed orders, missing orders, or food quality
**Driver Couriers:**
* Responsible for all aspects of the driver couriers lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling
* Responsible for ensuring roster of drivers is sufficient to cover all necessary Delivery client routes
* Maintains inventory of Delivery hot bags. Orders and distributes as necessary
* Creates schedules for Delivery couriers based on restaurant/client schedules
* Tracks drivers during lunch operations to ensure all pick-ups and lunches are accounted for
* Anticipate driver courier needs and handle all communication related to any changes or updates
* Manages driver courier payroll
**What You Should Already Have:**
* 3-4 years experience in a professional work setting (preferably in an operations role)
* Strong ability to see both short and long-term solutions
* Passion for expanding existing processes to enhance the Delivery Product
* Bachelors Degree preferred
* Proven experience demonstrating a strong work ethic
