**Business Summary**
The Global Infrastructure & Operation Department (GIO) was created to enable high speed execution of the Groups IT transformation projects and to run global services. GIO is part of the Air Liquide IT legal entity. It delivers IT infrastructure services to Air Liquide BIS (Business Information System) teams worldwide. The IT infrastructure scope includes services spanning the following IT domains: Network and Telecom; Cloud; Security; and End User Computing;
The Americas Hub team within GIO is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all GIO services across the Americas. The GIO Americas Hub team supports over 25,000 employees across over 1,600 locations in North and South America.
The GIO Network & Telecom (N&T) Service Line is based on 4 pillars:

**Job Summary**
* Provide on-site voice support for Office Telephony supporting Air Liquide Americas Headquarters, including white gloves assistance for Executives.
* Perform follow-up of Office Telephony Incidents and Requests, based on the ITSM - ServiceNow tool, including escalation, queue assignment and KPI's Management.
* Perform operational follow-up of Voice Maintenance outsourcers, prioritizing incidents and requests, delivery of service within agreed SLA's, and facilitation of access to the sites.
* Verify office telephony billing and optimization, including landlines and maintenance support contracts.
* Communication with customers during the incidents and delivery process.
* Support Network & Telecom Service Delivery teams on office telephony projects and demands
**Responsibilities**
* 3+ years of experience within a technical environment.
* Fluency in English is mandatory (additional language capabilities are a plus).
* Knowledge of managing incidents and requests in ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
* Knowledge of office telephony platforms, carriers, equipment, and solutions.
* Ability to set, track and manage KPIs relating to Office Telephony.
* Occasional work outside of normal business hours may be required to supervise voice incidents changes in sensitive environments.
* Customer and service-oriented.
* Very good interpersonal skills are required, like autonomy and a proactive mindset.
