Assistant Controller
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our finance team as an Assistant Controller. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to our financial success with a hybrid work setup, combining remote and on-site responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Lead the financial reporting process, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Manage and coordinate the annual audit process, collaborating with external auditors to ensure a smooth and timely audit.
Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights for financial planning.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
