Responsibilities:
Handle full month end close process through producing financial statements.
Supervise and oversee all aspects of accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring strict adherence to GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
Establish and maintain internal controls for revenue receipts, costs, team budgets, and organizational expenditures.
Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets, policies, and workflows.
Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting team – oversight of operational accounting includes accounts payable and receivable
Oversee the production of annual budgets and forecasts, including comparisons to prior years and plans.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
5+ years in a hands on accounting role, with a minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience
ERP experience - NetSuite or MS Dynamics highly preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills / collaborative mindset
