Job Description Job Description Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of event planning, from budgeting and vendor selection to logistics and execution.
Develop creative and engaging event concepts aligned with company goals.
Secure venues, negotiate contracts, and manage event budgets.
Oversee event logistics, including catering, audio/visual, and décor.
Manage event registration and ensure smooth attendee flow.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Follow up with attendees after events and gather feedback.
Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for events.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful events.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with event management software a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
