Title: Cook/Hospitality Expert

The Cook/Hospitality Expert executes our guest experience process by constantly producing exceptional quality food in the kitchen and being part of the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Following all directions to execute the perfect guest experience

Follows and implements all health and safety procedures

Adheres to the restaurant recipe book and portion requirements for food preparation and cooking

Let management know with urgency of any guest issue, food/product issue, or facility issue.

Engages in line sweeps, consistently cleaning the kitchen area throughout shift and cleans kitchen at opening and closing of restaurant

Produces food within 5 minute ticket time and communicates with other crew members

Puts deliveries away, stores all food properly and makes sure kitchen station is stocked properly at all times

Takes pride in food produced and adheres to quality focused guest experience

From time-to-time, depending on business needs, will work in the front of the house position

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Work as team player, committed to an outstanding guest experience every time

Ability to work morning, nights, weekends, and holidays

Dependable, punctual, strong work ethic with customer centric focus

Ability to speak and read basic English and perform physical demands of the position

Prior experience working in a quick service kitchen is preferred

Work Authorization :  Must be eligible to work in the United States

Work Environment/Physical Demands : This position operates in a quick service restaurant/kitchen environment. Operation of grill, oven, fryer. Ability to: work with knives, lift up to 50 lbs., and comfortable working with hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment. Any role routinely uses sinks and dishwashers and tools to clean kitchen appliances. Employees are exposed to hot water, potentially slippery floors, and cleaning chemicals. Regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to: stand, walk, bend, lift products, use hands to hold, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms. Must possess hand-eye coordination.
