We are looking for an experienced, Dependable, Field Service Representative to join our growing family .
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all field operations and service Installations in designated area/zone while ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction with the products and services provided by Woodmont Cabinetry
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit, train and supervise independent contractor base to ensure 100% FPY installs that meet customer expectations
Perform Quality Walks to ensure installs and service work performed by independent contractors is performed on-time, complete and to acceptable quality standards
Perform Warranty and unoccupied service work
Conduct periodic installation, service and safety field audits to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Process Weekly Installer Payroll for designated area/zone
Manage field activities by communicating with all field and office personnel, Builder Sales Representatives, customers and subcontractors in regards to design, installation, service and/or safety matters
Communicate with Operations and Sales Staff to determine potential areas of improvement for all field related activities
Support continuous improvement activities throughout the organization
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
High School Diploma or GED
3-4 years prior construction experience and/or kitchen cabinet customer service skills
Prior kitchen cabinet installation experience
Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence without daily interaction with management
Demonstrated successful capability to resolve conflict over sensitive or complex issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with external Customers
Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Valid drivers license and good driving record, Authorized to work for any employer in the USA with no Sponsorship (EVERIFY)
