Overview:
The IT Security Analyst will be responsible for effective provisioning, operation, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT security. The position will provide technical support, guidance and hands-on delivery in the planning, implementation, and ongoing operations. Will participate in technical research and development to ensure there is continuing enhancement of security.

RESPONSIBILTIES
Configure and maintain security related tools, applications, and processes on: firewall, VPN, internet proxy
email protection and spam filter
endpoint protection
operating systems
mobile device management
cloud services
identity & access management.
Manage SSL certificates, renewal operations to maintain those items listed above.
Contribute on security operations and analyze logs to prevent issues.
Monitor and identify incidents and lead technical investigations to resolution.
Lead security assessments and testing.
Create reports, dashboards, metrics for security operations based on detected incidents.
Contribute to design, development, and implementation of strategic IT security projects.
Contribute to develop security policies and procedures.
Contribute on security user awareness training curriculums.
Review and support of security configurations, certifications, and operations on implementing business applications.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting IT Security and Infrastructure.
IT experience in pharmaceutical or other FDA-regulated industry strongly preferred.
Understanding of ITIL concepts and follow the methodology.
Experience with ISO27001 or NIST cybersecurity framework.
Hands-on operational experience with Microsoft infrastructure platform.
Ability to author communications and system documentation, independently.
Demonstrated ability to design, create and test computer software programs.
Proven record of quality, compliance, and delivery.
Experience working in a global organization is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, particularly in effectively communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Self-starter, problem solver, self-motivated.
Team-oriented, but also able to work independently.
High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
Other Requirements
Must live a commutable distance to our US Corporate Headquarters in Florham Park, NJ. Office presence required at least 2-3 days per week.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to articulate clearly and conduct verbal presentations with large and small audiences.
Ability to travel via automobile and/or airplane.
Ability to view video display terminal images Ability to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time up to four (4) hours at a time.
Ability to lift, tug, pull up to fifteen (15) pounds.
