Own devops and pipelines for E2E software development and deployment process.Define, design, and implement complex, multi-tier distributed softwaresystems throughout all phases of the software development process. Utilizemodern programming languages and design patterns. Conduct unit testing andmocking frameworks. Assess business needs while providing creative andeffective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards. Usetechnical and domain expertise to solve product challenges and collaboratewith other engineers in geographically distributed development centers. Workwith engineering and business partners to define and build out complexsolutions driving value through business process simplification, automationand new product capabilities and innovations. Define, design, andimplement complex, multi-tier distributed software systems throughout allphases of the software development process. Demonstrate strong capabilities inassessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions inconformance to emerging technology standards. Lead product solutioning end toend for new innovations with iterative improvements. Strong emphasis oncustomer journey, product quality, performance tuning,troubleshooting, and continuous development. Be a culture champion on theteam and across the company. Assess business needs while providing creativeand effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.Interface and collaborate with other engineers in geographically distributeddevelopment centers. Apply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition ofDone (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining 90% unit testcoverage and 70% integration test coverage. Develop technical & domainexpertise and apply to solving product challenges. Perform thorough codereviews. Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and roll outapplications with cross-functional impacts. Share engineering support andrelease. Position allows for 100% remote work from anywhere in the U.S. andreports to Headquarters in Denver, CO. Salary: $130,520 - $150,250 per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree or U.S. equivalent in ComputerScience, Computer Information Systems, or related field, plus 3 years ofprofessional experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, LeadConsultant, or any occupation/position/job title involving softwaresystems engineering.
Must also have experience in the following: 3 years of professionalexperience utilizing Java, Springboot, API, and Microservices; 3 yearsof professional experience utilizing Computer science fundamentals; 3 yearsof professional experience utilizing Agile development methodologies with TestDriven Development (TDD) and CI (Continuous Integration)/CD(Continuous Delivery) pipelines; and 3 years of professional experienceutilizing Data-ingesting applications using industry standard RDBMS,NoSQL, and Consumer facing APIs and services.
